Rik here, the gal behind this ol’ steamboat. I really hate talking about myself, so I’ll do us all a favour here and keep it mostly brief.

• I’m a self-taught designer, so she’s giving ✨go-getter✨ energy.

• I’ve been in the brand game for a while now — agency side, freelance side, all sides — and I’ve had my hands in a lot of brands (not in a weird way... well usually). Still obsessed.

• I’m a big fan of wacky illustrations, messy hand-drawn logos (see: mine), and slick, minimalist layouts — sometimes all in the same project.

• I love writing nonsense.

• I didn’t eat a pickle until I was 25.
